What is the typical shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
Does Freewrite offer a warranty on its devices?
Yes, all new hardware comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
Can I return my device if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the device in its original packaging for a refund, minus shipping costs.
How do I sync my drafts to the cloud?
Freewrite devices sync automatically via Wi-Fi to our Postbox cloud service, which can then export your work directly to Dropbox, Google Drive, or Evernote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are your devices compatible with international power outlets?
Our devices charge via standard USB-C cables. While we provide a cable, you can use any local USB power adapter or computer port to charge your device safely anywhere in the world.
