Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Carefully place the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
